Komercsabiedrība SIA „LNS Rehabilitācijas centrs” (turpmāk - LNS RC) izveidota, apvienojoties, saplūstot komercsabiedrībām SIA „LNS kultūras centrs „Rītausma””, SIA „LNS Komunikācijas centrs” un SIA „LNS Zīmju valodas centrs”. SIA „LNS Rehabilitācijas centrs” reģistrēta Latvijas Komercreģistrā 2012. gada 23. februārī.
